La vegetació dels Països Catalans, Ramon Folch i Guillèn, 1981 is one of the bedside readings about the flora present in Catalonia, and one of our sources for the research of the Garden of the XXI century in Senan
The book contains detailed descriptions of the vegetation in Catalunya and the various plant communities. These descriptions are supported by hand-made illustrations as maps of the distribution of the communities in the region, scheme sections describing the location of different plants regarding the altimetric conditions, detailed drawings of the physical appearance of the plant, and axonometric views of the relation and ratio of species for each described community together with the soil conditions of the site.
These last ones, done by Josep Nuet Badia, served as inspiration for the axonometric drawings of the vegetation survey done for our research in Senan, where we will measure and redraw the distribution of species overtime as a way of recording the evolution of our plots.
